Mini Case: Website Redesign and Development for Garvis
How do you combine different areas of medical services into one cohesive site, expand its functionality, and maintain existing results? For Garvis, a chain of clinics, this challenge was significant. For our team, it was an opportunity to create a modern, user-friendly website that seamlessly integrates a wide range of medical services under the unified Garvis, Your Territory of Health brand.
The client approached us with a clear goal: to combine the clinic’s areas of expertise—surgical, diagnostic, family medicine, and rehabilitation services—into a single, unified website under the Garvis, Your Territory of Health brand. In addition, they wanted us to design a website.
To implement the project, we had to consider several key factors and requirements:
- The website design needed to be modern and stylish while maintaining a reserved tone. This was critical given the diverse scope of services, from family medicine and diagnostics to surgery and rehabilitation.
- The client already had two websites for surgical and family medicine services optimized through SEO and PPC strategies. Merging these sites required careful planning to retain their traffic and performance.
- We had to create a structure for the new site that incorporated existing pages while leaving room for future growth and scalability.
After extensive discussions to align the details, requirements, and client expectations, we finalized a comprehensive redesign and migration plan and got to work.
Prototype
We always start the design process by creating a prototype, typically beginning with the homepage. This step is crucial for syncing the designer’s vision with the client’s expectations, aligning key elements that may be reused across the site, and forming the foundation for the overall design concept. It is at this stage that the basis for all visual solutions is formed.
For Garvis, Your Territory of Health, prototyping was smoother than usual because the client had already provided sketches reflecting their vision for the design. We translated their ideas into a prototype.
Design and mobile adaptation
Once the client approved the prototype, our project team moved on to the core tasks of building the structure, creating content, and designing the pages. This stage involved close collaboration between marketers, SEO specialists, and the designer.
In addition to the creative work in Figma, where direct communication between the client and designer took place, we also developed a detailed document listing the client’s preferences for blocks, pages, and specific design elements. This document served as a checklist to ensure each request was addressed during implementation.
While developing the structure and content for the new pages, the designer worked on mobile adaptability. This is a crucial step to guarantee that the website functions correctly.

- Achieved the perfect balance in making the site easy to use for visitors while ensuring it’s also efficient for content managers.
- Developed a character based on the logo, which is still in use by the client today.
