How We Built a Personalized Marketing Analytics System for an Online Educational Platform
Online platforms that bring together educational institutions, camps, and learning programs work with two distinct audiences. They help users find a suitable institution or program while giving listed organizations an opportunity to attract new customers through the platform.
For advertisers, however, simply having a presence on the platform is not enough. They want to know whether their profile is producing results: how many prospective customers saw it, which pages they explored, what captured their attention, and whether their investment in the listing was worthwhile.
We built an automated reporting system for an educational marketplace like this, allowing each partner to receive personalized performance insights without manually creating individual reports.
Results
We created a single interactive dashboard that automatically produces a personalized report for each partner on the platform.

Each client gained access to their own analytics, including:
- Profile reach.
- Number of impressions.
- User interactions with the profile.
- Audience characteristics.
- Potential customer interests.
- Traffic sources.
- User engagement metrics.
The system is built around one universal dashboard, so there is no need to prepare individual reports for every advertiser.

How We Implemented the Project
The main goal was to create a solution that could scale easily as the number of platform partners grew. Google Analytics 4 served as the primary data source, with data automatically transferred to BigQuery for processing, organization, and preparation for business reporting.
Based on this structured data, we developed a universal dashboard that shows each partner only the information relevant to a specific partner. This removed the need for the platform administrator to manage dozens or hundreds of individual reports. Every user now works within the same reporting system while seeing only their own data.
We also paid close attention to the report structure. It was designed so that even users with no web analytics experience could quickly evaluate their profile performance, understand how potential customers behave, and identify which pages or offers attract the most interest.

What Was Implemented
As part of the project, our team delivered:
- Automatic data exports from Google Analytics 4 to BigQuery.
- Processing and transformation of marketing data.
- A universal interactive dashboard.
- Automatic report personalization for each partner.
- Visualization of marketing and user behavior metrics.
- A scalable reporting system that does not require new dashboards as the number of partners grows.

Conclusion
This project demonstrates that modern analytics goes far beyond data collection. Its real value lies in building tools that allow businesses to make better, evidence-based decisions. Through the integration of Google Analytics 4, BigQuery, and an interactive reporting platform, we automated analytics management for a large partner network and made complex data clear, accessible, and easy to use.
If your company also works with a growing number of clients or partners and needs a scalable analytics solution, Livepage can build a system that transforms your data into a practical tool for business growth.
